Who we are.
Lumopace is a motion and brand film studio operated by AivoraLabs. This notice covers lumopace.com, its project enquiry service and our related correspondence. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@lumopace.com.
What we collect.
When you send a brief, we collect your name, email address, company or brand, chosen service, budget range and message. We record the source website, submission time and enquiry reference. Correspondence can include replies, attachments and project notes you share with us.
If you choose email updates, we record your email address, the consent wording/version, source, request and confirmation times, and any opt-out. Hosting and security systems may record IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and technical request information. The contact service uses hashed identifiers for rate limiting.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in a project brief. We do not ask for these through the enquiry form.
Why we use it.
We use enquiry and correspondence information to respond, prepare proposals and deliver requested services. Where applicable, this supports steps you request before a contract and performance of a contract. We use limited technical information for our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure, preventing abuse and managing correspondence.
Optional email marketing is based on your consent. You can refuse it without affecting an enquiry or project. We may also retain information where needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not use your information for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Email choices.
A project confirmation or service reply does not subscribe you to marketing. Our optional checkbox starts a separate confirmation process; marketing is enabled for your address only after you confirm. We do not treat public email addresses, business cards or a previous enquiry as permission to subscribe.
Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply asking us to stop, or contact hello@lumopace.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We keep a minimal suppression record to respect your choice. Necessary project and service correspondence is separate.
Who receives information.
Access is limited to the studio team and service providers needed to operate the website and correspondence. Our infrastructure host processes website and server data; Resend processes outgoing email; Dynadot provides our mailbox. Authorised studio alert recipients may receive your brief. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be processed outside your country by hosting and email providers. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, those safeguards must be in place for the relevant transfer. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
How long we keep it.
We keep enquiry and project correspondence while it is needed to respond, deliver the work, maintain the business relationship, meet applicable record-keeping duties or resolve disputes. Duration depends on whether your enquiry becomes a project and any contractual or legal requirements; we review information for deletion when those purposes end.
Unconfirmed email subscription links expire after 48 hours. Consent history is retained to demonstrate your choices; minimal opt-out records remain while needed to prevent unwanted marketing. Operational backups and email-provider copies may remain until their normal retention cycle completes. A deletion request is assessed across the studio records and relevant providers, including any legal retention requirements.
Your rights.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing, and withdraw marketing consent. Email hello@lumopace.com with your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority in your country. If UK data protection law applies, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EEA, contact your local supervisory authority.
Security, cookies and changes.
We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access and protected server storage. No online service can promise absolute security. See our cookie and storage notice for the current site behaviour.
Our services are intended for business enquiries, not children. If a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can assess and remove it where appropriate. We update this notice when our practices change; the date above identifies this version.
